About this project
This development is fully self-financed and managed directly by our team. We handled the land sourcing, feasibility, design coordination, and permitting ourselves.
The two homes are designed for comfortable family living, with practical layouts across two floors and covered parking for each household. Each home offers 150.17 m² of living space — 73.79 m² on the ground floor and 76.38 m² on the upper floor.
Delivery approach
We coordinated the land sourcing, feasibility, design, and permitting ourselves, and we're managing the construction directly. It's a deliberate choice to keep scope tight and controlled — and to make sure we deliver what we say we will.
