We develop and deliver residential projects from the ground up: finding the right land, designing homes people want to live in, and building them using factory-made timber structures that go up in days, not months.
What we do
We handle everything: site assessment, concept design, permits coordination, procurement, construction, and handover. One point of contact throughout.
We find sites through a hands-on network of developers, architects, and local partners across Austria. Feasibility first, commitment after.
Each project is shaped around what buyers and residents actually need: practical layouts, energy efficency, durable finishes, and space that works in real life.
Our structures are factory-made using engineered timber (KVH, BSH, and CLT systems), then assembled on site. The structural frame of a single-family home typically takes 6 to 12 days to erect.
How we build
Most of what makes a timber-frame home structurally sound happens before the first truck arrives on site. Our Romanian supplier, with over ten years in engineered timber construction, produces structural elements under controlled conditions using kiln-dried engineered timber (KVH, BSH, and CLT systems). The components are precision-cut, numbered, and delivered ready to assemble.
On site, the frame goes up fast: a standard single-family home typically takes 6 to 12 days from first piece to roof structure. This approach keeps the site period short, reduces exposure to weather delays, and gives us much better control over quality and cost.
Precision-cut, numbered, and ready to assemble on arrival.
Structural frame up in 6–12 days. Less time on site, fewer weather risks.
We source opportunities through a network of developers, architects, and project managers across Austria. When a site fits, we move quickly to feasibility.
